Updates sign-up: email. Purpose: to tell you about new works and exhibitions. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by email.

Your data is handled only by Forchino and its technical providers: Webflow, Inc. (website and form hosting, USA) [and the newsletter tool, to confirm]. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your data is never sold.

Retention
Messages and inquiries are kept for 3 years after the last contact. Updates sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
